Pete Oertel is a highly accomplished Salesforce Advanced Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder with a strong track record of delivering high-value CRM solutions across research, nonprofit, and consulting organizations. He specializes in automation, data strategy, security, reporting, and user training.

He has led impactful work across Sales Cloud, NPSP, Lightning migrations, data conversions, CPQ analysis, and Conga Composer enhancements. Prior to Salesforce, Pete served in senior leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force, bringing exceptional discipline, strategic thinking, and team leadership to every engagement.

Gaurish Goel is a skilled Salesforce Developer transitioned to an experienced Salesforce Architect with 13 years of experience in multiple Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, CPQ, and Agentforce.

As Co-Founder of WNC Technologies since 2016, Gaurish has primarily worked with clients across Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Education, and Real Estate industries, specializing in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. He excels at analyzing business needs and finding robust solutions.

He has led high-impact initiatives including a full CPQ deployment—from sandbox implementation through production go-live—leveraging products, bundles, discount schedules, block pricing, product and price rules, advanced approvals, custom actions, and flow automation.

In large-scale organizations, Jack has consistently delivered practical, secure, and scalable outcomes that improve operational performance and user adoption. His experience includes supporting hundreds of field technicians on mobile Field Service applications, designing enhancements with Flow, reducing technical debt through permission set group strategy and profile consolidation, and building mission-focused applications for government users, including TSA teams.

Jeff Walker is a highly accomplished ERP Project Manager and Director with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations and integrations across manufacturing, distribution, and services sectors. Sai is a results-driven, detail-oriented technology professional with a strong foundation in information systems and hands-on experience in integration and application development. Sai is deeply committed to designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that address real business challenges and create measurable value.

Kevin Lane has 20 years of Salesforce experience specializing in Sales Cloud, CPQ and platform applications for multiple industries including Food, Manufacturing and Software organizations.  Kevin currently has 6 Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist and Business Analyst. He has led or been a part of many projects of all sizes from full blown greenfield implementations to org merges to CPQ implementations and system maintenance. Including Conga Composer, System Automations, Leading Requirements gathering, and solution design.
